Justin Bieber -- Judge Orders Arrest in Argentinian Assault Case

Argentine media reported Friday that investigating judge Julio Alberto Banos this week issued the arrest warrants because he still failed Justin Bieber and his possible accomplices to interrogate the case, even after switching the Argentine branch of Interpol.
